Don't know if this is intentional or not, but if you get caught, you can use the double jump to get out of the cage and jump on the demon's head to kill it.
Yeah, I found after making the cage the first time there were a couple ways to sneak out, so I decided to add the killability to Tic Tac Thomas from the good ending to the caged one as well.
It's 4 minutes. Though in retrospect I think it would have been fun to have more things to hop around on while listening to him, besides jumping on and interrupting him anyway.

Your ending spiel took so fucking long that the water I was boiling in a kettle evaporated.
